Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing construction business as they look to appoint a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

About the Role:

As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities will include:

Managing project financials and ensuring delivery within budget
Overseeing contracts and subcontractor appointments
Managing procurement, valuations, applications, and payments
Leading contract reviews and supporting risk management
Playing a key role in dispute resolution
Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You:

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
A strong background within the construction sector
Good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
